We gladly accept returns on full-priced items, provided that all the following conditions are met:
The item is returned in the same condition it was delivered, including the
original packaging.
It has not been worn, used, or damaged in any way.
All tags, labels, and hygiene liners remain attached and intact.
The item is free from any marks, stains, or tears.
You must contact us to request a return and ship the item(s) back within 21
calendar days of receiving your order.
Once you’ve decided to return, we must receive your return no later than
14 days after your decision date.
Please note: Chic Tropic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or style, please return your unwanted item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
All sale items-including those purchased with an additional coupon code-are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
